Build Healthy Habits with Hypnosis

 

Hypnosis uses a trance state to create your desired change. What is a trance?  It’s a natural state of focused attention.  Most of us can remember being so engrossed in an activity or a movie that awareness of our surroundings fades. This is a trance.  Sometimes we think of this occurrence as daydreaming.  Hypnosis puts daydreaming to practical use.

 

When you choose to have a hypnosis session, I induce this state by directing your attention inward.  Clients find the process interesting, creative and effective.  Hypnosis opens you up to more options by loosening the restrictions of the conscious mind.  In trance, you have a fuller intuitive understanding of the issue you want to address.  Most clients see results with just a few sessions.
